Rules of Play

To ensure that you have a great time at Enchanted Wood Land, all we ask is that you adhere to the following rules:

1. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult, over the age of 18 who must remain in the building at all times. Enchanted Wood Land Ltd does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

2. Our role play area has a large number of props, with a number of them being quite small so all children under 3 must be supervised by parents/carers at all times.

3. For their safety, we ask that you ensure your children do not climb the slides or play in front of the slide exits and use the soft play appropriately.

4. Party deposits are non-refundable (if however we cancel the party we will endeavour to reschedule as soon as possible.)

5. Each party lasts 2 hours, once your session ends please leave promptly so we can clean and tidy for the next booking.

6. Children and adults who are not well should not enter the soft play area, if infectious diseases are suspected, entry will be refused for prevention of spreading.

7. Please remove shoes before entering the play areas. Adults and children must wear socks at all times. Shoe covers are provided.

8. Adults are welcome to take your tea/coffee whilst you watch your child play, but it must have a lid.

9. We ask that both you and your children follow a ‘be fair, kind and polite’ approach to play so that everyone has fun. It is the responsibility of the supervising adult to ensure children under their supervision are well behaved at all times. Fighting, bullying or abusive language will not be tolerated. Parties may be asked to leave without refund.

10. We operate a secure entry and exit system to Enchanted Wood Land Ltd however we accept no liability in the event of your personal property/belongings being lost, damaged or stolen during your visit.

11. All accidents must be reported to a member of staff to ensure we can provide any necessary assistance and record the incident.

12. We cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of the child's behaviour when playing or due to a lack of supervision by the accompanying adult.

13. Please report any broken equipment so that it can be removed and replaced. Upon leaving the building please ensure that any Enchanted Wood Land Ltd property is left behind. There are drop boxes at the exit.

14. You are not permitted to bring your own food on to the premises, with the exception of baby food and formula, or that required for medical reasons. Only food provided as part of our party package may be consumed within Enchanted Wood Land Ltd. To avoid embarrassment, if you have brought your own food because your child has special dietary requirements then please speak to a manager who will be able to advise.
