Welcome to Enchanted Wood Land
Enchanted Wood Land has two venues located at Blackfen and our NEW venue at Welling offering the same magical weekend play cafe and party venue open every Friday and throughout the weekend… They both feature a Soft Play Frame, Little Village Role Play Houses, and our new sensory room at Welling. (Don’t miss out for our school holiday special events!)
We host 1st-3rd birthdays at Welling and 1st-6th birthdays at Blackfen every weekend offering private hire of the complete venue with everything included from 4ft light up numbers, party food and drinks, invitations and party gifts for every child.
Our ethos is to provide a safe, engaging environment to spark imagination, curiosity and wonder. We pride ourselves of being an extremely clean setting and operate a No Shoe policy to maintain high levels of hygiene.
Our venue is an area to be a child again! We encourage adults to play with their children - enjoy popping to our land of make believe, enjoy our sensory areas, or bending and sliding through our soft play frame. The early years go too quickly… enjoy every minute! #1825 days.
Reasons Role and Soft Play is important for Children
Encourages Imagination & Creativity
By using their imaginations, children develop creativity and learn to think for themselves. Building imaginative skills sets the foundation for storytelling.
Helps Physical Development
Role play build gross and fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, the soft play frame allows children to take risks and build core strength and co-ordination.
Social and Emotional Development
Empathy is developed through role play helping children learn to understand and sympathise and deal with real situations symbolic in their play. It also develops sharing and turn taking and builds sensory integration.
Improves Language and Communication
Children have the amazing ability to pick up words they hear in the environment, giving children opportunities to play along side other they gain new vocabulary and learn speech patterns and sounds.
